		<description>Hi James,

Reading your comments about Heart Internet was timely. I'd visited the website and was nearly attracted to their unlimited offers. I have learned a lot from this blog. Well, as you know there is nothing like free lunch. I guess Heart Internet is in a multi-level business. For the sake of your clients and if you wish to expand, please go after the big players such as VERIO. Visit viaverio.com. They may appear expensive, but they are the big boys in the field when it comes to webhosting. I am presently considering joining their reseller program. They are slightly expensive, but at least you are guaranteed RELIABILITY and VIP treatment. I can't imagine a company like Heart Internet would choose not to employ the tactics of Customer Acquisition, but rather threaten to sue a customer who has made it clear they might return someday. They're blowing jazz. Remember: empty barrels make the "loudest" noise, to say the least.

I pray your customers would have the patience to wait while you try to get back their domains from Heart.
