		<description>Maybe that's why when I called Domino's last night they told me my pizza would be here by next Tuesday. Boy was I surprised when it only took 1 1/2 hours! But seriously on that note, you also don't want to let customers get the impression that you're lying to them if you know something will only take a certain amount of time, but you superinflate it for the aforementioned effect.</description>
